my first attempt :)

       I baked muffins from scratch!! Looks sporaticaly cute

Being at home whole day i am left with nothing to do. With my laundry done and house clean and disinfected (yes, i do disinfect my house)..  why not try baking.

I’ve always wanted to try to make my own muffin but i just didn’t have extra time. Anyway, looking at the photo above, those are my muffins! Straight from the oven.   (trust me it smelled really good)

Ok, i made 3 chocolate chip muffins and 3 blueberry/raspberry muffins.. (I am so proud of myself.. hehehehe)

  Look how cute they are.. Since i am fasting, i can’t eat yet and taste my muffin from scratch.. (honestly it’s scary everytime i say from scratch… but positive thoughts… i know they are great)

    This my favourite.. Don’t you think it looks like  a bird? A baby bird?! ehehe So cute eh?

my sporatic muffin which according to someone is because i didn’t evenly beat my batter. He is correct on that… on my defense i don’t have proper tools baking tools.. but soon i will.. ha ha ha ha

mission accomplished. i just need to taste this tonight.. heheheheh.

OK.. i’ve tasted it.. and it’s LOVELY.. i love chocolate chip muffin better!
